What warranty do our pieces have?
We work with the best manufacturers to create responsibly sourced, handcrafted pieces that are made to last. We fully trust the quality of our product, which is why all our pieces come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, at no additional cost. If you want even more peace of mind, you can purchase our Premium Warranty Extension to cover your jewelry for an additional four years (five years total) under the same conditions as the original warranty.
Our warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects detected during the coverage period, offering repair or replacement of the affected piece as appropriate. However, it does not apply to intentional damage, irresponsible use, accidents, misuse, abuse, scratches, allergic reactions, loss of center stones, loose, bent, or broken prongs, wear of rhodium or gold plating, deterioration due to normal wear, gemstones discolored by chemical reactions, or any circumstances not directly related to manufacturing defects.
Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Services for Engagement Rings
We recommend having your diamond ring cleaned and inspected once a year, or whenever it may have suffered any potential impact or damage. Regular inspections can help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewelry.
This cleaning and inspection service is complimentary during the first year. The customer is responsible for both the shipping costs to our facilities and the return shipping to the indicated address.
During this process, repairs to your ring’s setting can also be carried out, which will be performed at an additional cost if applicable.
What is a Made to Order piece?
Each engagement ring is crafted exclusively for you, combining exceptional craftsmanship with meticulous attention to detail. Pieces are made to order within 4–6 weeks and are shipped directly to the address provided.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase, and as each piece is created especially for you, made-to-order items cannot be returned.
If you would like a personalized engraving, simply include your request in the shipping notes. This way, your ring is not just a piece of jewelry—it is a unique, personal symbol of everlasting love.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We currently do not ship to PO boxes. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your order
What is your return policy?
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to BROWN AND BLONDE within a maximum period of thirty calendar days from the date of purchase.
All returns must be notified to info@brownandblondejewelry.com before shipping. Failure to do so will result in the return being rejected.
It is essential that products subject to return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use; otherwise, no return can be processed. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure the items arrive in perfect condition. If items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested return.
Brown and Blonde does not accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
Earrings and piercings, for safety and hygiene reasons.
Rings in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or in sizes 17 and up, considered Special Sizes.
Personalized jewelry, such as items with initials or names (rings, bracelets, necklaces, and pendants), as well as zodiac sign pendants.
Custom pieces, including Engagement Rings, Su Misura pieces, Special Sizes, Made to Order items, and Gift Cards.
Returns are not accepted for pieces that have been worked on or modified by other jewelers.
Archive Sale, Special Prices, and Winter/Summer Sale items may only be returned within 30 days for in-store credit.
For orders received in poor condition, you can exchange or return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
Once the product is received at our warehouses and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed.
Are Brown and Blonde pieces suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, many of our pieces are made of sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver, 9kt gold, or 18kt gold, ideal materials for sensitive skin. They are safe for people with nickel sensitivity and are designed for everyday wear.
