What warranty do our parts have?
We work with the best manufacturers to create responsibly sourced, handcrafted pieces that are made to last. We are confident in the quality of our product, which is why our parts are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover lost items or stones, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (such as a bent ring, snugged ring, fractured metal or broken chain),tarnishing, improper use or storage of your product, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modifications to your product made by a third party outside of Brown&Blonde.
Important
1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Brownandblondejewelry.com are not covered by the Brown&Blonde warranty. In the event of a problem, you will need to contact the company from which the items were purchased.
2. We do not recommend having third party jewelers work on our products as this voids any possibility of a refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
If your Brown&Blonde piece is faulty and covered by warranty, please send your order number and a photo of the faulty piece to brownandblondejewelry@gmail.com and we'll instruct you on what to do next!
