Cancellation Policy
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
All made-to-order, custom-made, personalized, bespoke, or specially commissioned items are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Production of these pieces begins immediately upon receipt of the order, including the procurement of materials, allocation of manufacturing resources, and commencement of craftsmanship processes specifically for the customer.
In addition, no order may be cancelled once a shipping confirmation and tracking number have been issued, regardless of whether the shipment is in transit, awaiting customs clearance, or pending delivery.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that production and fulfillment activities may commence immediately and that cancellation requests submitted after production has started or after shipment has been dispatched cannot be accepted.
Any exception to this policy shall be made solely at the Company's discretion and must be confirmed in writing. The Company reserves the right to refuse any cancellation request that does not comply with the terms set forth herein.
