Can I customize a piece?
Yes. We specialize in bespoke fine jewelry and custom engagement rings. If you're interested in a custom design, our team would be delighted to work with you to bring your vision to life. Contact us to get started.
What shipping options do you have?
Our team processes and prepares orders Monday through Friday. Preparation usually takes between 24 and 48 hours, except in the following cases:
- Personalized jewelry
- Custom-made pieces
- Made-to-order pieces.
-Loose stones
Once your order has been prepared, shipping times depend on the selected carrier and destination.
Estimated delivery times (after preparation):
- Spain (domestic shipments): 1–2 business days
-International shipping: 1–10 business days, depending on the destination:
- Europe: 1-4 business days
- US and Canada:1-4 business days
- UK: 1-5 business days
- Australia and New Zeland: 1-10 business days
- UAE: 1-7 business days

Shipments are handled by UPS or FedEx, depending on the final destination.
The shipping date (the date your items leave our workshop) is indicated on each product page, depending on the item. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled .

How can I find out my ring size?
You can go to a jeweler to have your finger professionally measured, or use our size guide available online. If you already have a ring that fits perfectly, you can also measure its inside diameter for reference.
At Brown and Blonde we offer a free resizing on all our engagement rings within the first month after purchase.

What warranty do our pieces have?
We work with the finest manufacturers to create responsibly sourced, handcrafted pieces that are made to last. We have complete confidence in the quality of our products, which is why all our pieces come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, at no extra cost. For added peace of mind, you can purchase our Premium Warranty Extension to cover your jewelry for an additional 3 years (5 years total) under the same terms and conditions as the original warranty.
Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects detected during the coverage period, offering repair or replacement of the affected piece as appropriate. However, it does not apply to intentional damage, irresponsible use, accidents, misuse, abuse, scratches, allergic reactions, loss of center stones, loose, bent, or broken prongs, wear of the rhodium or gold plating, deterioration from normal use, gems discolored by chemical reactions, or any circumstance not directly related to manufacturing defects.
What is a Made to Order piece?
Our collections feature very limited units, so we offer the possibility of placing an order even when items are out of stock.
This allows you to acquire a product on demand—meaning you can purchase a specific piece even if it is currently sold out.
We reserve this option for highly exclusive pieces, particularly those whose creation is more intricate or whose stones are rare. Certain items can sell out quickly, and made-to-order helps us avoid overproduction while promoting conscious, sustainable consumption.
All our jewelry is designed and handcrafted in our workshops with the utmost attention to detail.
How long does it take to create the jewelry?
Delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks from the time of the order.
How is payment made?
The full price of the item will be charged at the time of the order.
Can I request customization?
Yes! Certain made-to-order pieces can be customized, such as choosing a different stone or metal. Please contact us for details on customization options and any potential changes to delivery time.
What if I change my mind?
As each piece is crafted exclusively for you, returns or exchanges are not possible once the order has been placed.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We currently do not ship to PO boxes. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

Return Period:
Eligible returns must be received at our office within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Returns received after this period will not be accepted, under any circumstances.

Returns not previously communicated will not be accepted. If the return is accepted, the customer must email us the tracking number.
Please note: Only one return, exchange, or size adjustment is allowed per purchased product.
RETURN
- Original shipping costs and customs are non-refundable. In cases where the return is subject to a return or collection fee, this amount will be deducted from the final refund. This includes the initial shipping costs covered by us to send the order to the customer.
- International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, and return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. If any of these charges are billed to Brown and Blonde during the return process, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customs duties, taxes and import fees paid by Brown and Blonde are not refundable.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Items show signs of wear or are damaged.
- Packaging is missing or incomplete.
Brown and Blonde does not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Earrings and piercings (for hygiene reasons).
- Rings in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or sizes 18 and above (considered Special Sizes, as they require certain design modifications due to the non-standard size).
- Personalized or custom jewelry (e.g., initials, names, zodiac pendants).
- Products of our Special Prices section as they are final sale.
- Made-to-order, engagement rings,Su Misura pieces, Special Sizes, or Gift Cards.
- Items worked on or modified by third-party jewelers.
- Loose gemstones or diamonds
- Used pieces
- Items refused at customs by the recipient (customs duties are an integral part of international shipping and these charges are always the buyer’s responsibility).
Discounted items and sales: Items purchased during promotional periods like Archive Sale, Winter/Autumn or Summer Sale or Special Prices Collection can only be returned within 30 days for store credit only.

How do discount codes work?
Discount codes can be entered at checkout and are valid only on specific items for a limited time. They cannot be applied during promotional or sale periods, combined with other codes, or used on gift cards.
Are Brown and Blonde pieces suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, many of our pieces are made of sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver, 9kt gold, or 18kt gold, ideal materials for sensitive skin. They are safe for people with nickel sensitivity and are designed for everyday wear.
