3. Prices and payments
Prices
Brown and Blonde reserves the right to modify its prices at any time as long as we guarantee to the buyer the application of the current price at the moment of the order confirmation.
Brown and Blonde will not be obliged to compensate the customer after the date of purchase.Prices in euro (€) include VAT for sales within the European Union. Customs are not included as are customer obligation.The prices are shown in the customer local currency. If the customer lands on brownandblondejewelry.com on another country's currency, they can change the country at the bottom left of the website and prices will automatically update.
Sales to countries outside the European Union do not include VAT, however, they're subjects to possible Tax and Duties.
All taxes, tariffs and customs duties are borne by the customer according to the legal provisions in force. The amount of those taxes varies according to the country and to the total invoice amount in euros. Those taxes are borne by the customer when receiving his/her order.

Brown and Blonde offers various secure payment methods. All payment systems are fully encrypted, ensuring that Bandb Jewelry, S.L. cannot access or store customer payment information.Available online payment methods are shown during checkout.
These methods guarantee that no information can be used by unauthorized third parties, as data is transmitted securely through encrypted algorithms visible only to banking institutions.
4. Optional tools and Third-Party Links
Access to third-party tools or links is provided “as is,” without any warranty or liability on the part of Bandb Jewelry, S.L..
The user assumes all risk arising from the use of such third-party tools or services.
Is virtual try-on reliable?
Virtual try-on is a great tool to give you a general idea of what a piece may look like on and assist in your decision making. The scale/dimensions that appear on your screen will not be to the exact specifications that are on the on the website.
5. Production timelines
All our jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
Production time varies between 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of the stones.
Made to order pieces or custom pieces require approximately 4–5 weeks for regular rings and 4–6 weeks for engagement rings to be crafted (plus the shipment).

Shipping fees are calculated on the subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.
Please Note:
Deliveries outside the European Union and UK may be subject to customs duties and additional service fees. These fees are obligation of the customer and not controlled by Brown and Blonde. We are unable to estimate or reimburse them. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information.
Shipment
All our orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel at every stage of the delivery process.Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link to monitor it in real time.
Signature upon delivery is not required by default but you can request it before purchase (additional cost may apply).
This allows for a more flexible and convenient delivery, especially for international orders.
Delivery shall be deemed completed when the carrier makes the product available to the customer at the shipping address provided by the customer, as evidenced by the carrier’s proof of delivery (FedEx, SEUR, DHL, etc.)
If the customer elects to collect the package at a convenience point of their choosing and fails to do so within the specified timeframe, the item will be deemed non-returnable, and all costs associated with reshipping will be borne by the customer. Please ensure that your order is collected promptly.
The risk of loss, damage, or misplacement of the product passes to the customer at the time of delivery.Brown and Blonde cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft occurring after the courier has confirmed delivery.
If you would prefer a signature upon delivery, please contact us before completing your order — we will be happy to arrange this option and inform you of any additional cost
Order processing and delivery times
Our team processes and prepares orders Monday through Friday. Preparation typically takes 24 to 48 hours, except for:
- Personalized jewelry
- Su Misura pieces
- Made-to-order pieces. Once your order has been prepared, shipping times depend on the selected courier and destination
Estimated delivery times (after preparation):
- Spain (national shipments): 1–2 business days
- International shipments: 1–10 business days, depending on destination
Shipments are handled by UPS or FedEx, depending on the final destination
Important shipping notes
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed from the first business day.
- During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may vary.
- If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to our offices, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or designated pick-up points.
- Brown and Blonde is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Brown and Blonde is not responsible for lost shipments or when the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered.
Shipping and insurance
Orders with a value above €1,000 will be shipped with insurance included.
Insurance covers loss/damage **in transit only**. Once delivered (proof of delivery), risk is on the customer and insurance no longer applies.
Christmas period shipping
Orders placed between 30 December 2025 and 4 January 2026 will be shipped on 5 January.
For Made-to-Order pieces, production will also begin on 5 January, as our workshops will remain closed during the Christmas holidays.
Shipping pieces over 1000€
At the end of your purchase, you will receive an email informing you that, in order to process your order, we are required to request a color copy of your national ID card (both sides), in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
If you hold Spanish nationality, please note that the only valid document for this purpose is the DNI. Unfortunately, passports cannot be accepted.
Lost or stolen packages
When placing an online order for shipment, please ensure the preferred shipping address is secure and correct. Once a parcel has left our facilities, its whereabouts become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Brown and Blonde will not assume liability for any packages lost/stolen during the delivery process.
The fact that the return/exchange or repair reaches our offices is responsibility of the client and in no case we are going to be responsible in case of loss or theft.

Pick up at convenience points and uncollected packages
If the customer elects to collect the package at a convenience point of their choosing and fails to do so within the specified timeframe, the item will be deemed non-returnable, and all costs associated with reshipping will be borne by the customer. Please ensure that your order is collected promptly.
Once the order has been delivered to the convenience point selected by the customer, the risk of loss, damage, or theft of the package passes to the customer. If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe or is misplaced after delivery to the chosen pickup location, the seller shall not be held responsible.
Import duties and other customs taxes
Since April 22 of 2025 duties and taxes for countries withing the EU and UK will be covered by Brown and Blonde for the first shipment. In case of returns or repairs, the costs must be covered by the customer.
Please note that Brown and Blonde is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be applied by customs in the country of delivery, except for the countries mentioned in the paragraph above.
Please note that Brown and Blonde does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that Brown and Blonde is not responsible for any delays in orders due to delays in customs clearance or payment transactions.
Customs duties, taxes and import fees paid by Brown and Blonde are not refundable.
If the recipient chooses not to pay any applicable customs duties or import taxes, the shipment will be considered as rejected at customs and will not be treated as a return. In such cases, Brown and Blonde will not be responsible for refunds or resending the order.
By placing an order with Brown and Blonde, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to these terms, which form part of the company’s shipping policies and terms of service.
Jewelry repair
If your piece needs repair and falls within our warranty period, Brown and Blonde will cover all workshop costs.
The customer is responsible for:
- Shipping the piece to our office
- Paying for the return shipping from the workshop back to your home (this cost will be included in your repair invoice)
- Paying the customs and taxes.
We handle your jewelry with the utmost care and craftsmanship. For any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Ring size exchange
At Brown and Blonde, we want every ring to fit perfectly. That’s why we offer resizing under the following conditions:
Before purchasing, we recommend consulting our online ring size guide to select the correct size. The ring will be shipped in the size chosen at the time of purchase.
If the size is not correct, we accept:
- Engagement rings: resizing is free of charge.
- Other rings: resizing carries a cost, or the ring can be exchanged for another product from our collection in a different size.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the ring to our office and for its return from the workshop to their home.
We don't accept size exchanges for Made to Order products since the ring was made in the correct size, as it was the size requested by the client.
This policy ensures that each piece maintains its quality, finish, and exclusivity.
Free resizing for engagement rings
At Brown and Blonde, we offer complimentary resizing for 14kt or 18kt gold rings within the manufacturer’s recommended sizing range during the first month after purchase. From the second resizing onwards, additional fees may apply.
To help you choose the correct size from the start, we provide several tools, including a complimentary ring sizer. Our dedicated customer service team will also be delighted to guide and support you in finding the perfect fit.
Please note that the resizing process may involve adding or removing small amounts of metal. As a result, your ring may become slightly thinner or thicker, although these variations are usually minimal. Our master jewelers carefully inspect each piece to ensure it meets the highest quality standards after resizing.
What's not covered by the 1-month resizing policy:
- Any ring size that falls outside of our recommended sizing range.
- Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design.
- Custom, modified, and engraved rings can be resized within 1 month, but are subject to resize fees due to the nature of the ring and the need for a new engraving.
Shipping costs (and customs and taxes) to our office for the resizing or size adjustment of the ring, as well as the subsequent shipment from our workshop to the customer’s home, will be covered by the customer.

7. Commercial communications:
Bandb jewelry, S.L. is contrary to "SPAM" and thus in compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, it will not send unwanted commercial communications to users who may transfer your data to this and with which there has been no prior commercial relationship, unless the user expressly authorizes it.
Bandb jewelry, S.L. recognizes the great importance that the privacy of the personal information provided by its users has for its clients, so that if any user receives any commercial communication via email without having been requested, please contact us at the following addresses , in order to prevent this situation from happening again: info@brownandblondejewelry.com
8. Store credits
In-store credits will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed for any in-stock item of the same value.
To receive a credit, the returned item must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
Credits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to items that are no longer available
Products purchased using store credit cannot be returned.
9. Returns and general conditions of the returns

Return Period:
Eligible returns must be received at our offices within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Brown and Blonde reserves the right to refuse any returns submitted after this period. In such cases, returns will be sent back to the sender at the client’s expense, without exception.
Prior Contact Required:
Before returning any item, you must contact us in advance at: info@brownandblondejewelry.com.
Any returns sent without prior notice will be returned to the sender at the client’s expense, without exception.
Tracking:
If the return is accepted, the customer must provide a valid tracking number for the return shipment via email. Returns received without a tracking number will not be processed or accepted.
- Limitations:
Please note that only one return, exchange, or size adjustment is allowed per purchased product (if applicable).
Return:
- Original shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
- In the event of a return, any return or collection fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the final refund. This includes the initial shipping costs covered by Brown and Blonde to deliver the order to the customer.
- International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, import fees, and return shipping costs, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Any charges related to taxes, customs duties, import fees, customs processing, shipping management, or any additional costs billed to Brown and Blonde during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and all associated processing or handling costs paid by Brown and Blonde (for both the original shipment and the return) are non-refundable.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Items show signs of wear or are damaged.
- Packaging is missing or incomplete.
Brown and Blonde does not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Earrings and piercings (for hygiene reasons).
- Rings in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or sizes 18 and above (considered Special Sizes, as they require certain design modifications due to the non-standard size).
- Personalized or custom jewelry (e.g., initials, names, zodiac pendants).
- Products of our Special Prices section as they are final sale.
- Made-to-order, one of a kind, engagement rings,Su Misura pieces, Special Sizes, or Gift Cards.
- Items worked on or modified by third-party jewelers.
- Loose gemstones or diamonds
- Used pieces
- Items refused at customs by the recipient (customs duties are an integral part of international shipping and these charges are always the buyer’s responsibility).
Discounted items and sales: Items purchased during promotional periods like Archive Sale, Winter/Autumn or Summer Sale or Special Prices, Memorial Day Sale can only be returned within 30 days for store credit only.
Brown and Blonde is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Ensuring the return arrives safely is the customer's responsibility.
Payment refund
The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same payment methods used by the client within 14 calendar days.
We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences applied by your bank when processing refunds
Lost or stolen packages

Ring size exchange

Black Friday order returns
This year’s Black Friday period will run from November 14, 2025, to December 1, 2025.
All eligible orders placed during this period can be returned for a full refund within the first 14 days of purchase.
After day 15, all returns will be issued as a store credit. Please keep in mind that store credits are non-refundable and can be used within one year.
Store credits
In-store credits will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed for any in-stock item of the same value.
To receive a credit, the returned item must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
Credits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to items that are no longer available
10. Customer service
In compliance with the provisions of the General Register of Data Protection, the user will be eligible to pursue his/her right of access, modification, cancellation/removal, opposition, limitation or portability.

11. Right to cancel a purchase
Because Brown and Blonde aims to get orders packed and shipped quickly, once the purchase is made, the customer can not cancel the purchase.The order will already be in process and it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bandb Jewelry, S.L., as well as its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, officers, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, employees, and interns, from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or of any incorporated documents, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
You may terminate them at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If, at our sole discretion, we determine that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date. We may also deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Each discount only applies to a specific product or products (“Eligible Products”).

Brown&Blonde reserves the right to modify or cancel any discount at any time.
1. Discounts can only be used on www.brownandblondejewelry.com for the purchase of Eligible Products and for the maximum period of time indicated in the discount.
2. Any discounts you get can only be used once. It must be used at the time of placing the order and not later by requesting it by email or by the means of communication chosen by the client. Any subsequent request will be denied.
3. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other, including the 10% off for your first purchase, and do not apply to products on sale or on promotion.
4. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred or assigned.

E-GIFT CARD CONDITIONS
Brown and Blonde e-Gift Cards can only be purchased on our website brownandblondejewelry.com
The customer can choose the value of the Brown and Blonde e-Gift Card on its product page. Their use is exclusively restricted to purchases of Brown and Blonde products.
It is not possible to add extra value on a Brown and Blonde e-Gift Card after final purchase.
E-Gift cards can be paid through any of the payment methods accepted on the website. E-Gift Card cannot be paid with another gift card, discount codes or other promotional discounts.
All Brown and Blonde Gift Cards are electronic, and will be sent by email to the chosen provided email address. No physical Gift Card can be sent to any postal address.
Important:
Buyers of e-Gift Cards have to make sure they provide the correct email address.
Recipients of e-Gift Cards have to make sure they keep the Gift Card email, as we are not able to provide any new Brown and Blonde e-Gift Card in case the customer deletes it from their mailbox.
More than one e-Gift Card can be bought by order, repeating the “gift now” option process for as many receivers as wished. A unique Gift Card code will be sent by email to each recipient, and will not be visible in the order confirmation that the buyer receives, or by any other recipient.
The Gift Card code is sent by email to the recipient at the date the buyer has chosen on the e-Gift Card product page. That date can be different from the date of the purchase.
The e-Gift Card is activated on the selected date of receipt.
In order to process the purchase of an e-Gift Card, some personal information is required, such as: First Name, Last Name and email address.
This data will only be used for the purpose of the e-Gift Card management and will not be kept for any other purpose.
Use and validity in time and space
Brown and Blonde e-Gift Cards can be used on brownandblondejewelry.com.
Brown and Blonde e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed in euros (€).
To redeem a Brown and Blonde e-Gift Card, the code received by email must be introduced at the checkout in the Order Summary section.
The e-Gift Card can be used as many times as wished until the balance for which it was issued is finished. If the purchase exceeds the import available in the e-Gift Card, is it possible to pay the difference with one of our payment options on our website.
Only one e-Gift Card can be used by purchase. However, it can be combined with a discount code and other payment methods among the ones we offer on our checkout.
The e-Gift Card balance can be consulted at any time by clicking on the link on the Gift Card email.
The Brown and Blonde e-Gift Card expires 365 days after the date of reception of the email.
E-gift card specific exchange and return conditions
The e-Gift Card is an electronic product, which only purpose is to be used as a payment method on a next purchase. Therefore, e-Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Exchange of an item purchased with an e-Gift Card: Items purchased with an e-Gift Card can only be exchanged, not refunded on credit card or any other payment method available on our checkout.
Return of an item purchased with an e-Gift Card: If the customer wishes to be refunded for the return of any product purchased with an e-Gift Card, our Customer Service will issue a new e-Gift Card as an after-sale solution.
If the customer returns an item partly purchased by e-Gift Card, the corresponding part will be paid back on a new e-Gift Card. The part corresponding to the Credit Card payment, or any other payment method, will be refunded the same way.
Privacy

Advertising Partners.
The giveaway may be published by a third party, such as influencers or brands (hereinafter "partner of BROWN AND BLONDE "). The partner of BROWN AND BLONDE is not the organizer of the giveaway.
No Right to Claim.
BROWN AND BLONDE reserves the right to cancel or end the giveaway at any time without prior notice or justification. BROWN AND BLONDE also reserves the right to change or correct the conditions of participation at any time.
Eligibility.
All legally competent persons who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence may participate. Participation is not limited to existing customers of BROWN AND BLONDE does not depend on the purchase of products or services.
Participation Restrictions.
People and employees of: BROWN AND BLONDE involved in the conception and execution of the raffle, as well as their relatives.
Participants may only participate with one email address. If a participant is found to be participating with multiple email addresses, he/she will be disqualified.
Exclusion from Participation.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example, (a) manipulations in relation to access or implementation of the draw, (b) violations of these conditions of participation, (c) unfair behavior, or (d) providing false or misleading information related to participation in the draw.
Requirements to Participate.

Determination of the Winner.
The winner will be selected at random between the 29th and 31st of each month selected for the giveaway.
Award communication.
The winner will be notified by email. The winner must provide his/her contact details to BROWN AND BLONDE will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 business days of prize notification. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize in a timely manner, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement will be selected using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged, picked up, paid in cash or transferred. The winner will be responsible for paying taxes on the prize.
Prize Voucher.
The Prize Voucher will be sent to the winner after contact details have been submitted. The voucher can be redeemed in the BROWN AND BLONDE online shop for products in stock.
Responsibility of Participants.
The participant guarantees that he/she will not infringe any third party rights by participating in the draw. BROWN AND BLONDE has no influence on, and assumes no responsibility for, the actions of participants.

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Raffle.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that may prevent the drawing from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
