PRODUCTION TIME
All our jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
Production time varies between 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of the stones.
- Made to order pieces or custom pieces: approximately 4–5 weeks (plus the shipment).
- Regular rings and 4–6 weeks for engagement rings to be crafted (plus the shipment).

Orders valued over €1,000 will include complimentary shipping insurance.
Shipping fees are calculated on the subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.
Order Consolidation
Should you place two or more orders within the span of one hour to the same shipping address, they will be carefully combined and dispatched in a single elegant package.
This approach allows us to optimize shipping, minimize environmental impact through reduced packaging, and uphold the highest standards of care and presentation that define our brand.
Please Note:
Deliveries outside the European Union and UK may be subject to customs duties and additional service fees. These fees are obligation of the customer and not controlled by Brown and Blonde. We are unable to estimate or reimburse them.
Please contact your local customs office for detailed information.If unpaid, these may be charged back to the sender and invoiced to the client.
SHIPPING POLICY
All our orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel at every stage of the delivery process.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link to monitor it in real time.Signature upon delivery is not required by default but you can request it before purchase (additional cost may apply). This allows for a more flexible and convenient delivery, especially for international orders.
Delivery shall be deemed completed when the carrier makes the product available to the customer at the shipping address provided by the customer, as evidenced by the carrier’s proof of delivery (FedEx, SEUR, DHL, etc.).
Please ensure that your order is collected promptly.
Brown and Blonde is not liable for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.If you would prefer a signature upon delivery, please contact us before completing your order — we will be happy to arrange this option and inform you of any additional cost.
Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
IMPORT DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOM TAXES
As of April 22, 2025, import duties and taxes for shipments to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom will be covered by Brown and Blonde for the initial shipment only.
In the event of a return, exchange, or repair, all customs duties, taxes, and related import fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
For all other destinations not listed above, Brown and Blonde is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Please note that Brown and Blonde has no control over customs authorities or their procedures and cannot estimate or advise on the amount of any applicable duties or taxes. For further information, customers are advised to contact their local customs office directly.
Brown and Blonde is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or delays in customs payments.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid by Brown and Blonde are non-refundable.
If the recipient refuses to pay or fails to pay the required customs duties or import taxes, the shipment will be considered rejected at customs and will not be treated as a return or exchange. In such cases, Brown and Blonde will not issue any refund or resend the order. The shipment may be abandoned or returned to sender, and any costs incurred in doing so — including return shipping, handling, and re-importation fees — will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Any reshipment, if agreed upon by Brown and Blonde, will require the customer to cover all associated shipping costs in advance.
By placing an order with Brown and Blonde, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, which form an integral part of our Shipping Policies and Terms of Service.
LOOSE STONES ORDERS
Orders for stones purchased through the website are considered Made to Order and take approximately 4–6 weeks.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Our team processes and prepares orders Monday through Friday. Preparation typically takes 24 to 48 hours, except for:
- Personalized jewelry
- Su Misura pieces
- Made-to-order pieces. Once your order has been prepared, shipping times depend on the selected courier and destination.
- Loose stones
Estimated delivery times (after preparation):
- Spain (national shipments): 1–2 business days
- International shipments: 1–10 business days, depending on destination:
- Europe: 1-4 business days
- US and Canada:1-4 business days
- UK: 1-5 business days
- Australia and New Zeland: 1-10 business days
- Middle East: 1-7 business days
- South America: 1-10 business days
- Rest of the World (non-EU or unlisted countries): 1–10 days
You can view the estimated delivery dates for your country on the checkout page. Shipments are handled by UPS or FedEx, depending on the final destination.
The shipping date (= the date on which your pieces leave our atelier) is mentioned on all product pages depending on the piece. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES
- During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may vary.
- If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to our offices, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or designated pick-up points.If a P.O. Box address is provided, the shipment will be made at the buyer’s sole and own responsibility.
- Brown and Blonde is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Brown and Blonde is not responsible when the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
We offer free worldwide shipping for purchases over €150.
Orders with a value above €1,000 will be shipped with insurance included.
Shipping insurance covers loss or damage during transit only. It does not apply once the courier confirms delivery
CHRISTMAS PERIOD SHIPPING
Orders placed between 30 December 2025 and 4 January 2026 will be shipped on 5 January.
For Made-to-Order pieces, production will also begin on 5 January, as our workshops will remain closed during the Christmas holidays.
Order in-stock pieces by December 17 for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas in EU.
Order in-stock pieces by December 15 for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas in UK, USA and Australia.
SHIPPING OF PIECES OVER €1000.
At the end of your purchase, you will receive an email informing you that, in order to process your order, we are required to request a color copy of your national ID card (both sides), in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
If you hold Spanish nationality, please note that the only valid document for this purpose is the DNI. Unfortunately, passports cannot be accepted.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROVIDING SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase, including name, address, postal/ZIP code, and contact details.
Brown and Blonde Jewellery cannot be held liable for delays, misdeliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the courier can successfully deliver the order to the provided address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When placing an online order for shipment, please ensure the preferred shipping address is secure and correct. Once a parcel has left our facilities, its whereabouts become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Brown and Blonde will not assume liability for any packages lost/stolen during the delivery process.
The fact that the return/exchange or repair reaches our offices is responsibility of the client and in no case we are going to be responsible in case of loss or theft.

PICK UP AT CONVENIENCE POINTS AND UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If the customer elects to collect the package at a convenience point of their choosing and fails to do so within the specified timeframe, the item will be deemed non-returnable, and all costs associated with reshipping will be borne by the customer. Please ensure that your order is collected promptly.
Once the order has been delivered to the convenience point selected by the customer, the risk of loss, damage, or theft of the package passes to the customer. If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe or is misplaced after delivery to the chosen pickup location, the seller shall not be held responsible.
JEWELRY REPAIR
If your piece needs repair and falls within our warranty period, Brown and Blonde will cover all workshop costs.
The customer is responsible for:
- Shipping the piece to our office
- Paying for the return shipping from the workshop back to your home (this cost will be included in your repair invoice)
- Paying the customs and taxes.

RING SIZE EXCHANGE
At Brown and Blonde, we want every ring to fit perfectly. That’s why we offer resizing under the following conditions:
Before purchasing, we recommend consulting our online ring size guide to select the correct size. The ring will be shipped in the size chosen at the time of purchase.
If the size is not correct, we accept:
- Complimentary resizing for 14kt or 18kt gold rings within the manufacturer’s recommended sizing range during the first month after purchase.
- Other rings: resizing carries a cost, or the ring can be exchanged for another product from our collection in a different size.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the ring to our office and for its return from the workshop to their home.
We don't accept size exchanges for Made to Order products since the ring was made in the correct size, as it was the size requested by the client.
This policy ensures that each piece maintains its quality, finish, and exclusivity.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
This contract shall be governed by Spanish law. With express renunciation of the jurisdiction to which they might be entitled by reason of their domicile, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid
