Steps to create your custom jewelry:

1. Tell us what you want to create.

2. Choose the stone or stones you want to use.

For clients requiring stone sourcing, the initial deposit allows us to begin seeking out options that align with your vision, budget, and priorities. We work closely with trusted suppliers to access the highest quality antique and modern diamonds, as well as fine colored gemstones.

In certain projects —particularly those involving rare or antique stones with specific criteria— it is possible that only one strong option may present itself. These types of stones are often highly sought after, and sourcing them can require patience and flexibility as we wait for the right match to appear.

To cover the time and resources invested in the search, we require an initial non-refundable deposit based on the expected value range of the stone(s):

• Basic stones (standard quality, common varieties): 250-€500
• Mid-value stones (good clarity/color, semi-rare or with superior cuts): €1,000–€2,000
• High-value stones (rare, antique, exceptional quality or large sizes): €3,000

This deposit secures our commitment to actively search and present tailored options. It is applied in full toward the final cost if you decide to proceed with the purchase. If no suitable stone is found after reasonable effort, or if you decide not to continue, the deposit is non-refundable, as it compensates for the dedicated sourcing work.

This structure helps us provide you with the personalized, high-quality service you deserve while protecting the time invested in your vision.

3. Collaborate with us in the design process. You will have a personal consultation with Irene which can be carried out in via Zoom. 

4. Once the design is approved, we will inform you along with the production timeline and the next steps to follow.
