Our entire manufacturing process is carried out by hand in Spain, from the design to the creation and completion of the pieces, thus giving life to each of the unique, personal and intimate pieces that make up our collections. We try to highlight the beauty of the stones through different settings, allowing light to enter and make it shine in its maximum splendor, creating pieces for a lifetime.

What is "MADE TO ORDER"?

Our collections have very limited units, so we offer the possibility of making your purchase when we do not have units in stock.

This allows you to purchase a product only on demand, that is, it allows you to purchase a specific product when it is out of stock.

We carry out this action on very exclusive products whose creation is more complicated or whose stones are limited since demand can be very high for certain items and they can often be completely sold out. Furthermore, we believe that this is a way to avoid overproducing and promote conscious consumption.

As you know, we design and create all the jewelry in our workshops.

How long does it take you to create the jewel?

Delivery time is 4-6 weeks.

What warranty do our parts have?

We work with the best manufacturers to create responsibly sourced, handcrafted pieces that are made to last. We are confident in the quality of our product, which is why our parts are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modifications to your product made by a third party outside of Brown&Blonde.

Important

1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Brownandblondejewelry.com are not covered by the Brown&Blonde warranty. In the event of a problem, you will need to contact the company from which the items were purchased.

2. We do not recommend having third party jewelers work on our products as this voids any possibility of a refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

If your Brown&Blonde piece is faulty and covered by warranty, please send your order number and a photo of the faulty piece to brownandblondejewelry@gmail.com and we'll instruct you on what to do next!

PRODUCTION TIME

Our Su Misura pieces take between 1 and 4 weeks to produce, depending on the difficulties of the design as well as the availability of stones. If you have any questions regarding production times, do not hesitate to contact info@brownandblondejewelry.com .

Your orders are prepared by our team from Monday to Friday. The preparation period is 24/48h except for personalized products or Your Measurements.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed from the first business day. Once the preparation period has elapsed, they are sent. It is at this moment when the delivery period begins depending on the chosen shipping method. Sometimes, the delivery time may vary slightly, especially in seasons of high demand such as sales, black friday or Christmas.

In any case, we will always try to shorten shipping times as much as possible to ensure a quick and efficient receipt of your orders. *For the above purposes, working days will be understood as all days of the week (Monday to Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays

If any product is not available at the moment or is out of stock, do not hesitate to contact us as we will create it especially for you, always taking into account production times once the order has been placed.

We do not ship to Russia.

RETURN

​The customer must directly return or deliver the product to BROWN & BLONDE, to the address CL INFANTA MARIA TERESA 7, 506, 28016, MADRID, SPAIN, without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days. from receipt of the product.

The return will be the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, returns of earrings will not be accepted.

In the case of pieces made to order such as Su Misura pieces or Made to Order pieces or Gift Cards, returns are not accepted.

For orders received in poor condition, you may exchange or return your item within 30 days of delivery as long as they are returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging.

Once the product is received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded.

PAYMENT REFUND
