You can visit a jewelry store to have your finger professionally measured or use our printable ring size guide available on our website. If you already own a ring that fits perfectly, you can also measure its inner diameter as a reference.

At Brown and Blonde, we offer one complimentary resizing on all our engagement rings within the first month after purchase.

We work with the best manufacturers to create responsibly sourced, handcrafted pieces made to last. We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why all our pieces include a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase at no additional cost. If you’d like extra peace of mind, you can purchase our Premium Warranty Extension to cover your jewelry for an additional 3 years (5 years total) under the same conditions as the original warranty.

Our warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects detected within the coverage period, offering repair or replacement of the affected piece as appropriate. However, it does not apply to intentional damage, irresponsible wear, accidents, misuse, abuse, scratches, allergic reactions, loss of center stones, loose, bent or broken prongs, rhodium or gold plating wear, normal wear and tear, gemstones discolored due to chemical reactions, or any circumstance not directly related to manufacturing defects.

Our collections have very limited units, so we offer the possibility of making your purchase when we do not have units in stock.

This allows you to purchase a product only on demand, that is, it allows you to purchase a specific product when it is out of stock.

We carry out this action on very exclusive products whose creation is more complicated or whose stones are limited since demand can be very high for certain items and they can often be completely sold out. Furthermore, we believe that this is a way to avoid overproducing and promote conscious consumption.

As you know, we design and create all the jewelry in our workshops.

Eligible returns must be received at our office within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Returns received after this period will not be accepted, under any circumstances.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• All return, exchange, or repair shipping costs—including customs duties and taxes—are the responsibility of the customer.
• Duties/taxes paid by Brown and Blonde will be deducted from the refund.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Items show signs of wear or are damaged.
• Packaging is missing or incomplete.

Brown and Blonde does not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Earrings and piercings (for hygiene reasons).
• Rings in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or sizes 17 and above (considered Special Sizes).
• Personalized or custom jewelry (e.g., initials, names, zodiac pendants).
• Made-to-order or Su Misura pieces, Special Sizes, or Gift Cards.
• Items worked on or modified by third-party jewelers.
• Used pieces
• Items refused at customs by the recipient (customs duties are an integral part of international shipping and these charges are always the buyer’s responsibility).

Discounted items and sales: Items purchased during promotional periods like Archive Sale or Winter/Summer/Autumn Sale – Special Prices can only be returned within 30 days for store credit only.
