Our collections have very limited units, so we offer the possibility of making your purchase when we do not have units in stock.
This allows you to purchase a product only on demand, that is, it allows you to purchase a specific product when it is out of stock.
We carry out this action on very exclusive products whose creation is more complicated or whose stones are limited since demand can be very high for certain items and they can often be completely sold out. Furthermore, we believe that this is a way to avoid overproducing and promote conscious consumption.
As you know, we design and create all the jewelry in our workshops.

Instructions

Cut a thin strip of paper , making sure it is not too wide.

Wrap the strip of paper around your finger , where you'd like to wear the ring. Make sure the paper fits snugly around your finger (the tighter, the better) to get the most accurate size.

Mark the point where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler (in millimeters).

Do you have a warranty?
We work with the best manufacturers to create responsibly sourced, handcrafted pieces that are made to last. We are confident in the quality of our product, which is why our parts are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: lost stones or components, loose gemstones, scratches, bent or misshaped rings, fractured metal, broken chains, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones. It also excludes damage caused by improper handling, storage, or care — such as exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or excessive force.

Do you ship to a PO Box address?
Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO Box numbers. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
What is the return policy?
Returns must be received at our offices within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Returns received after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
Before returning any item, you must contact us at info@brownandblondejewelry.com. Returns that are not previously communicated will not be accepted.
Only one return, exchange, or size modification per product is allowed.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Items show signs of wear or are damaged.
- Packaging is missing or incomplete.
Brown and Blonde does not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Earrings and piercings (for hygiene reasons).
- Rings in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or sizes 17 and above (considered Special Sizes).
- Personalized or custom jewelry (e.g., initials, names, zodiac pendants).
- Made-to-order or Su Misura pieces, Special Sizes, or Gift Cards.
- Items worked on or modified by third-party jewelers.
- Used pieces
- Items refused at customs by the recipient (customs duties are an integral part of international shipping and these charges are always the buyer’s responsibility).
Items purchased during Archive Sale, Special Prices, Winter/Summer Sale can only be returned within 30 days for store credit.
