PRODUCTION TIME

Our Su Misura pieces take between 4-6 weeks to produce, depending on the difficulties of the design as well as the availability of stones. If you have any questions regarding production times, do not hesitate to contact info@brownandblondejewelry.com .

Your orders are prepared by our team from Monday to Friday. The preparation period is 24/48h except for personalized products or Your Measurements.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed from the first business day. Once the preparation period has elapsed, they are sent. It is at this moment when the delivery period begins depending on the chosen shipping method. Sometimes, the delivery time may vary slightly, especially in seasons of high demand such as sales, black friday or Christmas.

In any case, we will always try to shorten shipping times as much as possible to ensure a quick and efficient receipt of your orders. *For the above purposes, working days will be understood as all days of the week (Monday to Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays

Shipments will be made within the terms established on the web through CORREOS or FedEx depending on the final destination.

For national shipments, the delivery time once prepared is 1-4 or 2-5 working days depending on the selected rate.

For international shipments, the delivery time once the shipment is prepared is 5-7 working days.

In the event that one product is in stock and the other is a Made to Order/Su Misura, both products will be sent when the Made to Order/Su Misura is ready to be shipped.

In the event that the shipment is attempted to be delivered to the sender twice by the transport company without success and the order is returned to our offices, the next shipment must be paid for by the customer.

We are not responsible for factors external to Brown&Blonde that may delay or prevent a delivery and that are not covered by our logistics partners.

If any product is not available at the moment or is out of stock, do not hesitate to contact us as we will create it especially for you, always taking into account production times once the order has been placed.

We do not ship to Russia.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When placing an online order for shipment, please ensure the preferred shipping address is secure and correct. Once a parcel has left our facilities, its whereabouts become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. B&B Jewelry will not assume liability for any packages lost/stolen during the delivery process.

The fact that the return/exchange or repair reaches our offices is responsibility of the client and in no case we are going to be responsible in case of loss or theft.

IMPORT DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOMS TAXES

Please note that Brown&Blonde is not responsible for any possible duties and/or taxes that may be applied by customs in the country of delivery.

Responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, other fees or brown paper bags, which may be imposed, will lie with the customer. As these import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office if you would like more information on taxes and duties.

There are no import duties or taxes for purchases within the EU, except for certain islands (e.g. the Canary Islands).
