Refund policy


The customer must return or deliver the product directly to BROWN & BLONDE, to the address CL COLMENARES 9, LEFT 28004, MADRID, SPAIN, without undue delay, and in any event within fourteen calendar days of receipt of the product.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Due to hygiene reasons, no refunds of earrings will be permitted.

In the case of pieces made to order, Su Misura pieces or changes in the existing stones, no returns are permitted.

For orders received in poor condition you may exchange or return your item within 14 days of delivery provided they are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking the condition of the product, the amount of the product will be refunded.


The refund of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer.
