Return policy

RETURN

The client must return or deliver the product directly to BROWN & BLONDE, at the address CL COLMENARES 9, BAJO IZQUIERDA, 28004, MADRID, SPAIN, without undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from from receipt of the product.

The return will be borne by the customer

For hygiene reasons, returns of earrings will not be accepted.

In the case of pieces made to order such as Su Misura pieces or change of stones in already created pieces, returns are not allowed.

For orders received in poor condition, you can change or return your item within 30 days of delivery as long as they are returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging.

Once the product is received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded.

PAYMENT REFUND

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same means of payment used by the client.
